What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email, and your service history with It’s a Wrap.
• Your referrals, rewards and credit used.
• When a friend requests a quote through your link: their name, contact details, vehicle and the services they’re interested in.

How we use it

• To run the rewards program: match your account, track referrals, add and apply credit, and send you updates.
• To send offers only if you turn that on in Notifications. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

What members see about each other

When you refer someone, you see their first name, last initial and the stage of their referral. You never see what they booked, paid, or their contact details.

Who we share it with

The service providers that run the program (hosting, database, text and email delivery, and our shop management system). We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

• Your reward history (credit earned and used) is kept as long as the program runs, because it is part of our business accounting.
• Details received from our shop system about jobs are cleared after 90 days, and copies of quote requests after they reach our lead tracker for 90 days.
• The content of texts and emails we sent you is cleared after 13 months; we keep only that a message was sent.
• If you delete your account, your login is removed and your account is closed; we keep the accounting records above.

Your choices

• Change notifications any time in the app, reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
• Delete your account in the app. We keep records of rewards and credit used because they are part of our business accounting.
